WakeWell is a free community resource navigator created by Illuminate NC to make it easier for people in Wake County to find help when they need it.
WakeWell was developed with particular attention to people affected by substance use, recovery, homelessness, and other barriers to stability.
Finding help can be complicated, especially when services are spread among many different organizations, agencies, nonprofits, healthcare providers, and community programs.
WakeWell brings those resources together in one easy-to-use place so people can more quickly identify organizations that may be able to help.
WakeWell does not provide emergency, medical, housing, legal, mental health, or substance-use treatment services itself. WakeWell connects people with independent community organizations and service providers.
WakeWell is provided as a free community service. Organizations do not pay to be included or promoted in the WakeWell directory.
